The Famous Cabo Arch
On our second to last day in Cabo, we decided to take a tour on the glass bottom boat. Trust me, the glass bottom on the boat was completely unnecessary. The only fish were ugly greenish gray and few and far between. That being said, Corey really enjoyed seeing Cabo from the water. The rock formations are incredibly beautiful. I always get nervous to go on boats in the rough ocean. I do not have the steadiest stomach and one of my worst experiences is always in my head! When I was 13, I got sea sick while fishing in Cabo. I did not just feel queasy...I became violently ill. Obviously, I was nervous that this would be a repeat experience. I had a few minutes where it was touch and go but I refused to give in to the barfy feeling that was attempting to overtake me. "I will not barf on my honeymoon, I will not barf on my honeymoon, I will not barf on my honeymoon." Corey kept saying, "Laura, you're doing so well!" Ha! I just smiled and continued to repeat my mantra ("I will not barf...."). Those Navy men and their lack of sea-sick-ed-ness! Better me than him...
