Corey and I had a great time going to a lot of the Dirtbag games this year. Our cousin, Andrew, has played baseball for Long Beach State for the past 4 years. This year, he had the honor of being the Friday night starting pitcher. All the Liebel family (including the honorary members) showed support to Andrew by wearing "Liebel Fan Club" teeshirts each week. We were so happy that he had such a great year and will miss going to the Dirtbag games greatly next season. The good news for Andrew was that he was drafted in the 3rd round of the MLB draft to play for the Blue Jays! We are so proud of him and wish him well in the next step as he pursues his dream in the Big Leagues!!!
