Kitty in a Sink

Our little cousins, Zachary and Shane, LOVE Joey. Our little kitty, Joey, usually loves Zach and Shane. On this particular day, he did not. He was terrified of them. I don't know why. Shane so generously chased him around the house, attempted to share his carrots with him and brought each of his toys to him in an attempt to make him happy. Joey was an ungrateful kitty. He disappeared. We finally found him in his super-secret hiding spot that he has not used since he was a wee little kitty- the bathroom sink.

We tried to coax him out. Shane even tried to reason with him. "Come on Little Joey, I just want to play with you. I'm not gonna hurt ya. You can have my carrots."

When that didn't work, Shane said, "Take our picture together so he can see that I'm his friend." So I did. Shane attempted to reason with him for a few more minutes. Joey didn't budge. Shane looked at me and said, "I'm not giving him my carrots anymore," and walked out of the bathroom. Seemed reasonable to me.

The main function of a bathroom sink is to provide a perfect napping spot for kitties.

EVERYONE knows that!!!
