My dad has always called me Peaches. He would give my brothers and I speech #1 (the Life is Not Fair speech) on a weekly basis. He always gave me a rose on Valentine's day since I was a little girl. He was also super gentle when brushing my long, thick hair because he always thought he was going to hurt me. He has always been supportive of everything I have done. He LOVED going to all my high school volleyball games and every single club tournament. He helped me fill out my Vanderbilt application and was there with me when I got my acceptance letter. He taught me to be a saver and not a spender. My dad never had a father. I know that he has spent my whole life putting his heart and soul into being the best dad he could possibly be and giving me what he never had."

Your dads are awesome! Laura, I peeked in on you at that exact moment that photo of you and Ron was taken. It still makes me tear up!
