Located on the Eerie Canal, it comes complete with lush greenery, cool shade, Adirondack chairs perfect for reading books at sunset and a golden retriever companion! Imagine my shock and horror upon visiting the same sight during the throws of winter...
Where is my water? Where is my lush greenery? Where are my Adirondack chairs? WHERE IS MY GOLDEN RETRIEVER???? Gone is the fantasy of my porch upon the water.... Reality has set in. I guess in order to get the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.

Wow I didn't even realize it was the same dock when we were there last. I much prefer the lushness of the summer.
